It's crucial you use your audio material to listen and to speak (listen and repeat + later on, practice, see if you remember and if you can become fluent). On the TP Podcast external link you'll find useful sentences for you to listen and repeat and be fluent so as to overcome communicative problems, but also stories, interviews, poems and news.

More: Check out Useful Language (for Conversations), How to Learn (Listening Comprehension...), Reading (Reading Aloud), Listening & Podcasts: There you'll find lots of links to audio material you can use in monologues and dialogues.

REMINDER: Learning language by heart (monologues/dialogues) can be something good for automatizing production and for improving fluency and correctedness, but it's insufficient. You also need to be able to improvise language.
