Teamwork Procedures: Discussions
People work in small groups (small discussions first, so that people have a chance to think and word their thoughts before practicing in the bigger discussion!)
Then report to plenary (gathering ideas for general discussion)
Then we discuss all that (general discussion)
1. Small groups work on discussing topics/ideas.
Read the instructions aloud together.
Start your discussion, keeping in mind whichever requirements there are.
Save some time before the end of the session to agree on which your points are. Decide who is going to report to the plenary (everybody in turns?, a speaker for the team?).
2. Each group reports to plenary on their points (different personal points gathered, and/or group points). Do we need a note-taker? (whiteboard)
3. The general discussion starts. Each person participates with their own personal input.
